Who can start a campaign?

A verified fundraiser account. At signup you choose donor or fundraiser. A donor can read and give. A fundraiser uploads identity, address, and bank documents first. The review team matches those documents and verifies the account within 24 hours. Only then can a campaign be written.

What does a campaign have to include?

A title, a short summary, the story, a category, a place, the beneficiary’s name, and a goal of at least ₹10,000. The story should say what happened and what the money pays for: a hospital deposit, a term of fees, tin sheets, fuel for a clinic van.

When does a campaign go live?

After the fundraiser is verified, and after review can match the story to a beneficiary and a document, such as a hospital estimate, a school fee notice, or a vendor quote. Document verification is completed within 24 hours of a complete submission. Until the campaign itself is approved, the page stays off the public list.

Can I change the page after it is live?

The approved story is what supporters see. There is no public edit form for a live page. Later news belongs in an update on that campaign: the deposit was paid, the books arrived, the roof went up. A page that no longer matches its documents can be taken down.

What if a document is rejected?

You see the reason. A cropped photograph, an expired ID, or a name that does not match the account are typical reasons. Upload a replacement from the verification page. The old file is marked replaced.

Who can open my identity documents?

The fundraiser who uploaded the file, and an admin reviewing it. Files sit outside the public folder. They are not linked from the campaign page.

Which checks appear on the public page?

Three: identity, bank account, and campaign review. A new campaign cannot be opened until identity, address, and the bank account are verified. The public page still shows each check as done or open.

Can people donate before my bank account is verified?

A new campaign cannot be opened until those checks are verified. Raised money is counted on the campaign when the payment is captured. A withdrawal also waits for that verified account.

Do I need an account to donate?

Accepted Answer

No. Checkout asks for a name and an email. If you are signed in, those fields are filled from your account. The minimum gift is ₹100. The suggested amounts are ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,500, and ₹5,000.

Can I give without showing my name?

Yes. Choose anonymous at checkout. The campaign then lists the gift as Anonymous. Your email stays on the payment record so the donation can be tied to that attempt.

What if I submit the same donation twice?

The same attempt is recorded once. Checkout sends an idempotency key. A repeated request does not add a second gift or increase the total again.

How are donations paid on this site?

Payments on this site are simulated. A completed donation updates the campaign total. No money leaves a bank. The public pages say so.

What should I read on a campaign before I give?

The amount still uncovered, the three checks, and the latest update. Review means the story was matched to a document. Identity and the bank account are about whether money can later be withdrawn. An old story with no recent update is a reason to look twice.

Can I give to more than one campaign?

Yes. Each gift is tied to one campaign. There is no basket and no monthly plan. If you want a receipt of what you did, keep the success page. This build does not email one.

When can a fundraiser withdraw?

After the campaign is live, identity and the bank account are verified, and the amount is still unreserved. The minimum request is ₹1,000. It cannot be more than what the campaign has left after earlier requests.

Is there a platform fee?

A fee percent can be stored in platform settings and shown to the review team. It is not deducted from the campaign total. The figure on the campaign is the amount supporters gave.

Where does a withdrawal go?

To the verified account in the organiser’s name. The review team can mark a request paid or send it back with a note. Paid means the record was updated. It does not mean a bank transfer was sent.

How do I reset a password?

Use the forgot-password page with the account email. This build has no mailer, so the reset link is shown on the confirmation screen. The token is stored until it expires.
