How a withdrawal moves

A donation is counted on the campaign when the payment is captured. That total is what supporters see.

A withdrawal can be requested only by the fundraiser, only against a live campaign, and only after identity and the bank account are verified. The amount cannot exceed what is still unreserved.

Operations marks a request paid or sends it back with a note. On this local build the payment provider is simulated, so “paid” means the ledger moved, not that a bank transfer left the building.

The fee shown in platform settings is recorded for the public site. It is not silently deducted from a campaign total.
