Writing a page people can share

A title should name the person or the place. “Help needed urgently” does not say who the money is for.

The first paragraph should carry the fact: what happened, when, and the amount still uncovered. The rest of the story can explain the family, the school, or the village.

Say what a gift pays for. Surgery and a week in the ward is clearer than treatment. Eleven tin roofs is clearer than rehabilitation.

Updates matter after the first week. A short note that the deposit was paid, or that the books arrived, is how later supporters know the page is still true.
